  • CONDITIONS FOR RENTING:

  • BOOKING: deposit to be paid 1/3 of the total amount, non-refundable, balance on the day of your arrival.

  • DEPOSIT: to save damages or breakages according to the period of stay with a minimum of € 200.00.

  • TOURIST TAX: 0.30€ per day per person for maximum 14 days, children up to 11 years free.

  • CONSUMPTION: for a stay of 3 weeks or more the consumption of utilities (electricity/water/gas) will be counted at meter reading.

  • AIR CONDITIONING: where € 10,00 per day to be added to the price of the stay.

  • PETS: upon request with obligatory cleaning of € 50.00.

  • FINAL CLEANING: the cleaning of the kitchenette and bathroom is by the customer, if it is not carried out will be applied a supplement of € 35.00.

  • WHAT TO BRING: bed linen, towels and kitchen linen.

  • WHAT 'PRESENT: Blankets and bedspreads for each bed, kitchen battery and dishes, cleaning kit, ironing board and iron.
